We’re an award winning IT Services Company and (while size isn’t everything) the second largest in New Zealand.  We’ve been around since 1965 and originated in Christchurch.  There is over 3,950 staff across New Zealand and Australasia, 1,950 in NZ alone and we’re growing weekly! What’s quite unusual is we’re privately owned, and our business model is quite different from other IT shops.  We’re really focused on our people, our structure is very flat, and all senior staff and managers are approachable and willing to share their wealth of knowledge and expertise.  The career opportunities are endless for graduates and your own success is only limited by your confidence, abilities and motivation.  You’re treated like a professional and provided the freedom to unlock your own potential – though at the same time support is there when you need it! 

 

 

We offer a full range of IT Services from software development and integration, systems management including hosting of servers, engineers and IP telephony and business process outsourcing and employer services (including call centres and payroll). We recruit a large number of graduates across New Zealand each year because we understand that graduates bring fresh ideas and new ways to think about ourselves and the industry we operate in. We know that investing in young talent is vital in maintaining our position in the market.

 

Typical graduate roles we offer include: Software Developers, Business Analysts, Test Analysts, Database Administrators, Server Management roles, Contact Centre roles and Service Desk roles. We’re technology agnostic, which means we have large teams working with Microsoft, Java, Open Source and Oracle technologies, to name just some. For you, this means exposure to a wide range of technologies which will enable you to broaden your skills and discover interests in different areas.

Our Graduate entry programme is aimed at helping grads who typically have completed their secondary and tertiary education in New Zealand and are looking for their very first permanent role.
