In addition to Payroll Products and Services, Datacom provides Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for a range of government and corporate clients. The characteristic of this work is the need to bring together people, processes and technology. Often, but not exclusively there will be a link to logistical support or improving back office efficiency through software development. The support is often by way of Contact Centres using our outsourced contact centres or call centre managed services and applying ITIL processes.
