Our History in Contact Centres

Datacom are specialists in delivering client branded experiences.

Datacom started operating in Australia in 1994, providing sales and marketing contact centre services. In 1998 Datacom Southeast Asia was established and began to support clients from across the Asia Pacific region, offering contact centre solutions, plus web and application development services. In 2002, Datacom acquired Connect Interactive.  In 2009, we established an operation in the Philippines.

Today the Datacom contact centre business operates in five locations – Sydney, Melbourne, Kuala Lumpur, China, and the Philippines – and employees more than 1300 talented staff who collectively support over 40 clients.
