Datacom, one of Australasia’s largest independent business technology solutions providers, today announced the appointment of Stacey Tomasoni as Director, Connect Australia.
Datacom Connect delivers business process and outsourced contact centre solutions to government and enterprise in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Stacey joined Datacom in 2008 to lead the contact centre operations of a leading telecommunications organisation. Since that time, she has been instrumental in the development
of new customer solutions that have improved Datacom’s customer intelligence, social media services and service design.
Stacey has also been responsible for a number of new business wins, including the Australian Taxation Office, which have significantly increased the Datacom footprint within the Australian market.
In her new role, Stacey will be responsible for developing all aspects of Datacom Connect’s operations, collaborating with the wider Datacom business to identify and build products that help to streamline the customer experience.
