Datacom, one of Australasia’s leading IT service providers, has received the Frost & Sullivan 2017 Australia Contact Center Services Growth Excellence Leadership Award for market-leading growth and business innovation.

Now in their twelfth consecutive year, the Frost & Sullivan Australia Excellence Awards program recognises companies and individuals that have risen above the competition and demonstrated outstanding performance in the Australian market in areas including leadership, technological innovation, customer service and strategic product development.

Datacom’s Connect business has built on its traditional strength in contact centre operations, successfully evolving to include customer experience technologies, service design, virtual assistance, behavioural economics, and business intelligence and analytics.

In recognition of the award win, Kirsty Hunter, Managing Director, Datacom Connect said, “We are really happy to receive this award and recognition, as we have been investing and growing our capability in service design, AI and intelligent automation and customer experience consulting for a number of years, and are committed to continuing to do so. I would like to thank our awesome clients and partners who enable and drive us to do innovative and imaginative work.”

Stacey Tomasoni, Director, Datacom Connect said, “This award reflects the growth in our capability and the strong partnerships we have with our clients.”

“We are driven by the desire to build an outstanding customer experience and find new and unique ways to put the customer first. This means bringing customer-centric service design to the fore, and adding value across the entire experience,” said Stacey. “We are proud to go beyond the stated customer need and deliver an innovative and enriching customer experience.”
