In addition, the team build out standardised services and products to better reflect the outcomes and needs of the customer. About the role
The Solution Architect is the orchestrator of the solution and will engage with customer stakeholders to capture business requirements, scope and design solutions based on the product set. Our key products include but are not limited to;
  • Cloud based applications including Telephony and CRM
  • A.I including Virtual Assistants
  • Voice biometrics
  • Analytics
  • Multi-channel integrations
  • Automation
 
Key Responsibilities will include:
 
  • Consult with clients and other stakeholders to understand requirements, being viewed as a solution champion.
  • Provide architectural oversight and drive the solution design for planning.
  • Design and oversee deployment of solutions ensuring a high level of security is maintained.
  • Provide consultancy, advice and guide our strategic accounts to ensure best in class Customer Experience is achieved through integrated systems.
  • Support our Operations teams and service providers to achieve continuous improvement
  • Work with our Project teams for delivery of projects throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
  • Provide pre-sales services to both the sales team and the professional services team to develop a cohesive set of recommendations designed to deliver value to the customer.
 
About you
  • You will have experience working as a Solutions Architect or CX Consultant designing, deploying and implementing CX technologies and customisations.
  • Knowledge of Federal Government requirements, specifically related to security and able to incorporate this into the solution.
  • You thrive in a constantly changing environment.
  • You are action orientated, autonomous and take ownership of achieving resolutions to challenges.
  • You have a positive, can-do attitude, and confidence to drive results.
  • An effective communicator who works collaboratively with others.
  • Able to interpret and define strategic requirements in terms of business outcomes rather than technical solutions.
  • You are curious and always looking to make a difference.
  • A degree in Computer Science, or equivalent would be well regarded.
